Courtney Malveaux was the Virginia Commissioner of Labor and Industry. He was first appointed on May 3, 2010 by GovernorBob McDonnell.[1][2] He served in the position until leaving office in October 2013.[3]
Biography
Malveaux earned a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University, a master's from George Washington University, and a law degree from the William and Mary School of Law.
In addition to teaching as an adjust law professor in Virginia, Malveaux lectures on topics related to labor and employment law at various campuses in Virginia and he authored an article in the University of Richmond Law Review.[2] He previously served as president of the Hill-Tucker Bar Association.
