Living... in the basement of his restaurant, the Chum Bucket. Everyone in town goes to the Krusty Krab, but if he could take down his rival restaurant, he wouldn’t only have customers; he’d have a monopoly.

Profession... owner of the Chum Bucket, but he doesn’t spend his time flipping burgers or asking if you’d like fries with that. He spends every waking hour plotting to take down the Krusty Krab and steal the Krabby Patty Secret Formula.

Interests… world domination! But only once his restaurant gets its sea legs. He has tried everything from constructing evil robots to hiring an assassin to kill Spongebob and his friend Patrick, but no matter what he does, he can’t get his miniscule hands on that formula. And if he can’t make a decent burger, what chance does he have at taking over the world?

Relationship Status... married to his computer system, Karen. Karen is his wife, or rather, his W.I.F.E. (Wired Integrated Female Electroencephalograph). She helps him out with his evil plans, but when he doesn’t succeed, she’s quick to kick him out. Plus, she has an annoying E.

Sheldon J. Plankton and Karen Plankton are a pair of fictional characters and the main antagonists of Nickelodeon's SpongeBob SquarePants franchise. They are voiced by Mr. Lawrence and Jill Talley, respectively. Their first appearance was in the episode "Plankton!", which premiered on July 31, 1999. They were created and designed by the marine biologist and animator Stephen Hillenburg, the creator of the series. Hillenburg named Karen after his wife, Karen Hillenburg (née Umland).^[5]

Plankton and Karen are the married owners of the unsuccessful Chum Bucket restaurant. Plankton is an intellectual planktonicCyclops copepod and Karen is a waterproofsupercomputer. Plankton shares a rivalry with Mr. Krabs, who owns the far more profitable Krusty Krab restaurant and sells a fictional burger called the Krabby Patty. Plankton and Karen often devise schemes to steal the secret Krabby Patty recipe from the Krusty Krab, but their efforts are always thwarted by Krabs and his employ
