Jett Travolta was born on 13 Apr 1992 in Los Angeles, California, USA and was the oldest child of Kelly (1962–2020) and John Travolta.

At age 2 he was diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease, an inflammation of the arteries.

He died @16 of a seizure on 02 Jan 2009 while vacationing in Freeport, The Bahamas ^[1] and was cremated at Restview Memorial Mortuary & Crematorium Limited in Nassau, The Bahamas. ^[2]
