Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan (; néO'Meara, born 30 March 1965[1]) is an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and media personality. He began his career in 1988 at the tabloid The Sun. In 1994, at the age of 29, he was appointed editor of the News of the World by Rupert Murdoch, which made him the youngest editor of a British national newspaper in more than half a century.[2] From 1995, Morgan edited the Daily Mirror, but was fired in 2004.[3] He was the editorial director of First News from 2006 to 2007. Piers Nivans (c.1987-1 July 2013) was a soldier in the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA), a UN-controlled military devoted to combating bioterrorism. A former soldier in the US Army, Nivans was placed in the BSAA's Special Operations Unit within the North American branch. Throughout his career, Nivans served under Cpt. Chris Redfield, whose high security rating allowed the two to participate in investigations outside of North America. Nivans was killed in July 2013 when an underwater research complex self-destructed.

I an delighted to be a Trustee of The Unicorn, the UK’s leading theatre for young audiences, producing an eclectic and surprising programme of work year-round for children aged 6 months to 18 years.

Based in our purpose-built home at London Bridge, we aim to connect artists and audiences through a broad range of work that is honest, refreshing and international in outlook, across a range of disciplines.We present and tour around twenty shows each year, at home and abroad, to around 90,000 children and their parents and carers, and work extensively with schools and in the community to invite children from all cultures into a conversation about art and the world we live in.

As a registered charity we need ongoing support from our audiences to help us raise £500,000 each year. We are committed to creating high quality work that is accessible to all, regardless of circumstance and background. This is why we offer 10 percent of our tickets free, or heavily subsidised, enabling everyone to enjoy our shows. Please support us to continue
